This Seller Policy outlines the terms and conditions for selling products on the Shop Real Nigeria platform (www.shopreal.ng). By listing and selling products on Shop Real Nigeria, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Seller Responsibilities:

• Accurate Product Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete product descriptions, including clear images, detailed specifications, and any relevant disclaimers. Misrepresenting product information is strictly prohibited.
• Product Quality: You must ensure that all products you list are of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose. Selling counterfeit or illegal products is strictly prohibited.
• Pricing: You are responsible for setting competitive and reasonable prices for your products. Price gouging or misleading pricing practices are prohibited.
• Inventory Management: You must maintain accurate inventory levels for your products. You should not list products that you do not have in stock.
• Order Fulfillment: You are responsible for promptly processing and fulfilling all orders. This includes packaging products securely and shipping them within the specified timeframe. You must provide tracking information to buyers whenever possible.
• Customer Service: You are responsible for providing excellent customer service to buyers. This includes responding to inquiries promptly, addressing complaints, and processing returns in accordance with our Return Policy.
• Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to product safety, labeling, and consumer protection.
• Prohibited Products: You may not list or sell any prohibited products, which may include but are not limited to: illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, etc. Shop Real Nigeria reserves the right to remove any listings that violate this policy.

2. Seller Fees:

• Shop Real Nigeria charges sellers a commission fee on each sale. The commission rate is 5%.
• Other fees may apply, such as listing fees or transaction fees. You will be notified of any applicable fees before listing your products.

3. Payments:

• Payments for orders will be processed through Shop Real Nigeria’s payment gateway.
• You can withdraw money from your seller account when your sales have reached N1,000 and above.

4. Seller Account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your seller account credentials.
• You may not share your seller account with any other person or entity.
• Shop Real Nigeria reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account for any violation of this policy or any other reason deemed necessary.

5. Intellectual Property:

• You must respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not list or sell products that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or patents.

6. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Shop Real Nigeria will mediate the dispute and attempt to reach a fair resolution.

7. Reviews and Ratings:

• Buyers may leave reviews and ratings for your products and services.
• You are encouraged to respond to reviews and ratings in a professional and courteous manner.

8. Policy Updates:

Shop Real Nigeria reserves the right to update or modify this Seller Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
