- The wrong product was shipped.
- The buyer changes their mind within the specified return window (see below).

- Return Authorization: The seller will review your return request and issue a return authorization if it is approved.
- Shipping the Product: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, if possible. Ship the product to the address provided by the seller. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product, or an error on the seller's part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund or Replacement: Once the seller receives the returned product and verifies its condition, they will process a refund or replacement, as agreed upon.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
- Buyer's Remorse: If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, you will typically be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Damaged/Defective Product or Seller Error: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, or if the wrong product was shipped, the seller will typically be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exclusions:

- perishable goods, e.g. underwears
- intimate apparel,
- customized items,
- gift cards.
